Delete your account.
In the app
- Open PoultryLive and go to More › Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, type DELETE, and confirm.
You need signal for this. It is done at once and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
If you own a farm: your account and your farm, for everyone on it — every record on our servers, its photos, and the accounts of its workers and managers.
If you work on someone else’s farm: your account and your access. What you recorded stays with the farm, as its record of the work, without your account attached.
Backups you saved yourself are files on your phone, and are yours to delete.
If you cannot open the app
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will do it and tell you when it is done.
