Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and 30kweb for using PoultryLive. By using the app, you accept them.
What the app is
PoultryLive is a tool for keeping a poultry farm’s records: production, losses, feed, health, sales, customers and money. It works without signal, and shares the records with your farm’s team when you sign in.
Your account
Keep your sign-in codes and worker codes to yourself; anyone holding one can use the account it belongs to. A farm owner is responsible for who they add to the farm and what each person can see.
Your records
The records you enter are yours, or your farm’s. You allow us to store them and send them to the people on your farm, only so the app can work. The privacy policy says how they are handled.
Figures and warnings
Totals, rates, alerts and reports are worked out from what is entered, and are only as accurate as those entries. They are not veterinary, financial or tax advice. Check figures that matter before acting on them.
Price
PoultryLive is free to use at present. If we introduce paid plans, the price and any free period will be shown in the app before you are asked to pay, and these terms will be updated first.
Fair use
Do not use the app to break the law, to get into a farm or account that is not yours, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it.
Keeping your records safe
Records kept only on your phone go if the phone is lost or the app is removed. Sign in so they are kept on our servers too, or make backups from More › Backup & restore. We work to keep the service running and your records safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Responsibility
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on its figures, from records lost from a phone, or from the service being unavailable for a time.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time, under Settings › Delete account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version will be in the app with the date it takes effect. Using the app after that date means you accept the change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
